Who takes control of my Legacy Room when I die?

You can assign one or more nominee account holders to have access to your Legacy Room and Digital Vault. They can help you set up your Legacy Room and will be able to access your memories, stories and important documents for ever more.

Can I access Legacy Room on desktop and mobile?

Yes, you can access your Legacy Room dashboard from any device and anywhere! You can also share your Legacy Room via a unique link to friends and family andyou can choose whether this is passcode restricted or not.

Are my data and documents secure?

Yes, we use the latest security and encryption types available on the market, with various levels of additional security built into your account access. So, you can rest assured that your data is safe.

How many friends and family can I add?

There is no limit to friends or family that can be added to your Friends Wall, they will be able to share images, videos, and memories they have with you. Once they’ve done that, you can choose what you publish to your friends wall.

What if I want to cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. For a small fee we can export your content and send it to you to download.
