You can pledge an amount of £2500 in your Will to keep your Legacy Room for 25 years after your death. Your nominated Trustee will take over the account and have access to all of its features and contents, without having to pay anything.
For £10/month a Trustee or nominated family member can continue to pay for your Legacy Room and have access to all of its features and contents.
For £30/month you can add a new family member's Legacy Room and maintain an existing room (consists of £25/month for new member and £5/month per maintained member. Further family members are then £20/month).
For £250 you can opt to download and keep all the data in your Legacy Room and close your account.
A Legacy Room is a virtual space to share photos, video, messages and your important documents but we also understand that not all of our users will be tech savvy or have time to spend maximising the opportunities that a Legacy Room provides to you and your loved ones. Our account managers are therefore here to help you and will be your virtual assistant. They are trained in each part of the platform and will assist you in making sure that each of your digital assets are ready to go into your room. The Legacy Room's Digital Vault is ready to keep all of your important and confidential documents together in one safe place. The different areas of the Vault will prompt you to upload each of these documents and our Account Managers can organise each area of the Digital Vault on your behalf. If you do not yet have the documents we can also help you. They will add them to the room and will manage the lifecycle of any of the add-on products you have selected for a set amount of time.
When you sign up and select account management from the add-on products, an account manager will contact you and send you a questionnaire to find out what parts of the Legacy Room you would like them to help you to populate. Once they understand the task at hand, they will create a plan which will outline what you need to provide them with and when. For example, if you have hundreds of old photos in a box, our account manager can arrange for them to be digitised, sorted into folders and added into your room, in each of the specific areas. They can also help you to prepare your important documents and wishes and make sure the contents of your digital vault are present and correct.
You will be asked a series of online questions which will help you to clarify your assets and your wishes.Once filled in this will be looked over by our specialists who will check it and come back to you if anything isn’t clear.Once approved you will need to print the Will and sign it, with two Witnesses present.It is then ready to be scanned and uploaded to your Digital Vault.

If you would like a digital representation of your Family Tree, we have specialist genealogists who can research back in history using the most up to date sources to see what interesting people are in your past generations, and build a picture of your family's legacy.
We will ask you to fill in a short questionnaire of your known family members.
Genealogists will then work for a minimum of 10 hours to build up your family history. Some family members may take longer than others to locate, and therefore extra hours may be required.
If we are finding an avenue is difficult and taking too much time, we will let you know so you can decide to concentrate on a different part of the tree, or add more hours.
Extra hours can also be added to add more layers/depth.

Our specialist team of researchers and writers will weave the story of your life around recreating your favourite memories and achievements. It can be viewed in an eBook in your Legacy Room. Life Story work is a personal insight into what makes you, you. So with this in mind, we provide a trusted service and work with only the best writers and storytellers to create something that reflects what you would like others to know about you and your life, be it close family, friends, or relatives way into the future.
We will send a questionnaire to complete before you meet your writer and this allows you time to have a think about the contents and select some photographs to build your life story around. If you have appointed an Account Manager (see separate product) they can help you with this.
Having completed the questionnaire, your writer will conduct a series of online interviews with you to draw out more detail and get a feel of your personality, so it will shine through in the story.
They will then spend several weeks compiling a draft for you to read through and amend anything not to your liking.
In total, a Life Story can take 4-6months to complete. Once complete, it will be published as an eBook and added to your Legacy Room for everyone to see.
Price: £3500+VAT or £3775+VAT to include having up to 50 photos digitised and a selection of these used in the book to illustrate the story.
We understand at Legacy Room that not all of our customers have grown up in a tech age and therefore a lot of our memories are not digital at all, but rather sit in a box in the loft, or for the lucky ones, an album in our homes. We therefore offer a digitisation service which can help you to easily convert the physical images to high quality digital files to add to your Legacy Room to keep safe. If you have appointed an Account Manager (see separate product) they can help you to sort and upload them into your Legacy Room.
You send us your photos and our lab of experienced and skilled specialists will digitise them and send you the files ready to upload to your Legacy Room. They will then return your photos to you, via secure courier.
Price 50p per photo up to 500 photos (plus £4.99 return postage). Over 500 photos 45p per photo (plus 9.99 return postage).
